Definitely the coolest app I have found. Excited to continue to use it for every open house. I have always used a paper and pen sign in sheet and very rarely would anyone walk over and sign in. Today was my first open house using the QR code sign in through your app. People enjoy scanning it and have no issue signing in. This is killer – so happy I found this.
I was searching for an open house sign in. Then came across this dynamic QR code and fell in love. Looking forward to using that the most. Top Tool for Real Estate Agents & FREE!!!. Everything gets captured as a lead. even setup Zapier to send them to my existing CRM. I can’t wait to see what they come up with next.

hosting an open house on this new listing. love using the @curbhero digital sign in app! When guests sign-in they automatically receive a text message that includes all the details for the property.
Curb Hero automatically adds leads to Command and then set up a smart plan to follow up. Mine is an open house feed back form and it automatically puts them on a monthly neighborhood nurture smart plan 5 days after they are at the open house.
I wanted a better way of capturing information at open houses. I saw a video review for curb hero and I love it. it’s so sleek and looks super professional!
