This app is super easy to figure out, manage and perfect. Extremely helpful by sending out the automatic texts right after a potential client left your open house. So many awesome features you can use. Easy to transfer details to your crm afterwards. A must have!

I signed up for curb hero because in my experience, everyone hates sign in sheets. Half the times I get bad info, or just plain can’t read their handwriting. Curb hero let’s me collect their info, organize follow up and connect them with my mortgage broker.

I signed up because I would love a way to be more organized with contacts I make at open houses. Plus, many people purposely write terribly so you can’t decipher their information! This eliminates that factor!

I signed up because it seems like it will be very a beneficial tool for my open houses. I usually never have a problem collecting contact info, but to have everything about the house on the buyers phone right away is amazing.

I did share this app with everyone in my office. It flows into our CRM so everyone was excited by this feature!
Curb Hero was easy to set up and allows for a very professional look. It allows you to customize the branding and is set up for most of the major brokerages nationwide already. It allows me to create a QR code for touchless sign in. It also has this feature where you can create a microsite and the site will highlight your specific listing. And then you can share that through email and social media. And also I was able to easily export the list of attendees.
I used it the first time this weekend and was quite impressed with how well it went and how little resistance I got from people signing in electronically as opposed to the guest book.
