Open Houses is one of my main lead generation strategies. I need each lead to be uploaded to my internal CRM & uploaded to my local MLS (so I can automate sending listings). I am glad I found curb hero- it was a right fit for my open house! Interface is slick and workflow is very simple and usable- I am in shock this is free for realtors. I can just see how this will scale up to brokerages and home builders as well. Fantastic workflow tool.
Curbhe.ro has a QR code sign in for open house. It captures the buyer info and sends to your email for followup. Great for lead generation
I found Curb Hero because I realized many guests’ writing is not readable, and it defeats the purpose of collecting their information if they are inaccurate. I have been looking for an intuitive mobile application for open houses. Thank you.

I signed up because I was looking for a solution just like this. I don’t want to have to decipher handwriting and the touchless feature is very nice as well.
