I just signed up for Curb Hero and am looking forward to learning more about this. I am hosting Open Houses often and am interested in a more high tech way to allow guests to sign in and also to grab their contact information so I can convert them to clients.

Easy to set up, Easy to use with open house visitors, Far better than pen and paper, Everyone who came today was happy to complete the info. Loved the notes field, The ability to download in Excel format (my favorite spreadsheet).

Open Houses is one of my main lead generation strategies. I need each lead to be uploaded to my internal CRM & uploaded to my local MLS (so I can automate sending listings).
