I think 🤔 you are on to something- I’ve been in res real estate for 20 years and I think this could be a great tool for opens. With auto-fill people seem more willing to share accurate information – it’s a must. I think they like doing it on their phone especially when you tell them they will get a text with the house Info.

I had a young buyer walk in to my open house a few weeks back and made me feel like a dinosaur because he said “don’t you have an iPad?” for signing in. Since finding Curb Hero, I have been pleasantly surprised. I have already told my team about the app. And am trying to get them on board with doing away with those stupid sign-in books. It’s easier to read if it’s typed in… as opposed to sloppy handwriting. I love the app so far!

Yesterday I hosted an open house and the turnout was incredible. But what really made the event successful was the use of Curb Hero for our digital sign-in sheet. I signed up for Curb Hero as a recommendation from another agent in my office. After using the traditional pen and paper sign in for open houses, your system seems like a much more efficient way to capture and keep track of contact info. I love the added bonus of Curb Hero doubling as my website.
