I think 🤔 you are on to something- I’ve been in res real estate for 20 years and I think this could be a great tool for opens. With auto-fill people seem more willing to share accurate information – it’s a must. I think they like doing it on their phone especially when you tell them they will get a text with the house Info.

Easy to set up, Easy to use with open house visitors, Far better than pen and paper, Everyone who came today was happy to complete the info. Loved the notes field, The ability to download in Excel format (my favorite spreadsheet).

Open Houses is one of my main lead generation strategies. I need each lead to be uploaded to my internal CRM & uploaded to my local MLS (so I can automate sending listings).
