Open houses are back in Washington and the market is pretty spicy so I think this app is the answer to everything I’ve been looking for.
This app is super easy to figure out, manage and perfect. Extremely helpful by sending out the automatic texts right after a potential client left your open house. So many awesome features you can use. Easy to transfer details to your crm afterwards. A must have!
Love this tool and use it at my Open Houses, it makes follow up so easy and we all know the money is in the follow up.
I think 🤔 you are on to something- I’ve been in res real estate for 20 years and I think this could be a great tool for opens. With auto-fill people seem more willing to share accurate information – it’s a must. I think they like doing it on their phone especially when you tell them they will get a text with the house Info.

Curb Hero – my favorite open house app. Love getting a text that someone has signed in – love being able to add questions and personalize the experience based on my needs.
I have been searching for an app like this for years. It’s easy to use and I love the I can customize the questions for my open house. Looks very professional and beats using a sign in sheet. The clients also thought it was pretty slick that they get a text with the listing right after they sign in.

Love this app! Buyers have commented how much more comfortable they feel signing in with their phones and not feeling forced to write down physical information on a sign-in sheet. I also love that buyers can type in their exact information so I don’t miss info in case their writing isn’t the easiest to read.
If you’re looking for a good open house sign in all that will present professionally, but not require a tech degree or a week of training to learn to use, this is the one I’ve tried a few but Curb Hero strikes the perfect balance between power and simplicity.
