I’ll share why I’ve signed up with Curb Hero: I have a new listing coming up in a couple of weeks that deserves a little extra attention so I’m going to need to host a killer Open House to attract the right clientele. There that’s my reason for joining Curb Hero!

I had a young buyer walk in to my open house a few weeks back and made me feel like a dinosaur because he said “don’t you have an iPad?” for signing in. Since finding Curb Hero, I have been pleasantly surprised. I have already told my team about the app. And am trying to get them on board with doing away with those stupid sign-in books. It’s easier to read if it’s typed in… as opposed to sloppy handwriting. I love the app so far!

Yesterday I hosted an open house and the turnout was incredible. But what really made the event successful was the use of Curb Hero for our digital sign-in sheet. I’m constantly looking for ways to streamline my processes and enhance the experience for my clients. Curb Hero was a game-changer for our open house -not only did it allow us to easily track the number of attendees, but it also gave us valuable insights into who was interested in our property.
My mortgage broker friend suggested I use Curb Hero for my open house sign in rather than a piece of paper. I like it a LOT and it worked beautifully. We signed in 18 people this weekend and I had a successful open house, drawing 5 offers and we are now under contract. That’s my story.
I signed up for Curb Hero as a recommendation from another agent in my office. After using the traditional pen and paper sign in for open houses, your system seems like a much more efficient way to capture and keep track of contact info. I love the added bonus of Curb Hero doubling as my website.
